It never rains but it pours...
and not just outside in the dismal rainy spring (softened by blooms and green) either.
On top of everything, I'm suffering a recurrence of what appears to be IBS that has sent me home from work early twice this week, despite the fact that I'm eating what I should eat and doing yoga regularly. I'll be seeing the doctor about it on Monday. In the meantime, I'm just being careful what I eat and hanging out close to where I need to be.
