I am grateful for the periodic, planned peaceful revolutions in America we call "elections". Even with all the flaws of the democratic system, not least of which is to not take action on critical issues until they have reached crisis levels, it is still the best game in town.

It'd be better if the 'game' was played the way it was intended though...and if there was a minority [mostly republican] who wanted to play bya different set of rules, theirs.
