Accountability Post: Been writing since 8 am and just got another Article done, only an hour past my self imposed deadline. My video for tomorrow is also done, except the 1 minute Instagram Quick Tip that goes with it. I do need to go back through articles, videos, and podcasts to make sure all of the links got added because sometimes I get behind and forget to link everything that is related content.

Today I have ten appointments scheduled and I sincerely hope that I will have the steam to plow through them. I ran out of gas last night at only 8 pm, which is several hours earlier than usual.

Tomorrow my sailor and his wife will be with us for FOUR WHOLE DAYS before moving on to his next assignment on the west coast. I have put *everything else* aside for those days, which will lead next week to be crazy busy. I am even going to try to record Tuesday's video tomorrow before they arrive so it's not hanging over my head. Haven't decided on the topic yet, but I've got several possibilities in the queue.

Gratitudes: In just around 24 hours two (and possibly three: Addison Scott, I'd better see you this weekend) of my favorite people are going to be in town. I'm doing well on keeping up with things. We are getting through the worst stuff and are almost done with it.

My Saturday Morning is busier than usual, with 4 appointments including an intake. After that, I will *at least* run to Dollar General and perhaps do my grocery shopping, and then this weekend will be a creative work and paperwork weekend. If I'm done by Monday I'll hang out in Skyrim then.

Yes, I'm aware I'm exhausted. This *should be* the last weekend I'm working this hard (though next weekend is colonoscopy prep... yippee!) and then I can start working through the backlog and keeping on track. I'm frankly amazed at how much difference the Wellbutrin makes. I know it's not for everyone, but it has been nothing short of miraculous for me.

Gratitudes: Grateful for all this energy. Grateful for improved executive function. Grateful that we didn't get hit by a tornado last night, nor is my office flooded.

Accountability Post: Have got the video recorded and uploading to my computer. It'll probably be this evening before I get it up, though. I think it's pretty good, overall. This one centers on how boundary crossings support gaslighting. It tackles both individual and (lightly) institutional gaslighting. It will have a content note for discussion of sexual abuse and for multiple uses of the slur "crazy".

There are roughly 50% odds that my intake will cancel or no-show today due to severe weather, but I hope not. My caseload is starting to get "normal" again and who wants that?

I'll record the 1 minute Instagarm video here in a minute. I think it'll focus on the purpose of gaslighting and on DARVO. I think I can fit both concepts into a minute.

Gratitudes: I got all the expenses listed in the bankrupcy planner over the weekend. All that's left to do is gather a couple of documents, enter a couple of debts, call the IRS for clarification on something, and hand everything over to the lawyer. I should have it done by next Tuesday, easily. Lady Day's wound is healing pretty well and she's doing much better since she puked up that glove and bottle cap. Who knows how long she'd had that in her stomach? And all the bills for the month are paid.

I'm just posting this to see what format crossposted posts show up in. I'm going to include a photo in this one just to see how it shows, and then do a second one with a video.

I decided this year it would be a good use of my vacation time to spend several days mostly doing nothing but running around in Skyrim, and then tackle the organization/clutter problem I've been accumulating for ... all my life.

So I've shredded about a metric ton of old medical documents (personal) and have roughly 5-10 times that of medical records (professional) to shred mostly old remittances. I've gotten that workspace partially organized, and then I emptied the GIANT plastic tub I moved a bunch of stuff home from my office in, to use for a recycle bin for all the shreds I'm creating.

I also spent some time pulling up my old Habitica account and simplifying the to-do list that I had on there so it wouldn't overwhelm me. I've gotten a lot done just by scanning and saying "Oh yeah, I forgot I was planning to do that".

I'm back on Dreamwidth for a couple of reasons. I haven't run across any evidence that they have an evil business model, it has relatively decent controls to keep me from being overrun by trolls (as always on long-form journaling pages, follower-only commenting to protect my clients, and clients can't follow me), and it's free or extremely cheap.

Over the next several weeks I'll be downloading all of my content from my website onto Scrivener, then formatting it and posting the best of it here (ignoring admin posts and things that either are outdated or that aren't my best work).

This is to become my workspace for writings that seek to make things better, which is a broad category of things. If Dreamwidth turns out to not work well for this, I'll move to Tumblr or Reddit instead.

I'm not getting rid of my Facebook, but I am moving a lot of the bigger discussions I'm having off of Facebook where I don't have to deal with people missing posts because the algorithm is hiding them. Here, you're either following and reading, or you're not. If I want my writing to be discoverable, that's what crossposting is for.

Anyhow, here I am, for better or worse. I'm thinking of getting rid of the "Nana" part of the handle because still no grandchildren (at least not blood) so feel like a bit of an imposter, but even the uncommon spelling Jenni is of course, taken. Open to ideas.
