Wichita, Kansas has a professional baseball team, the Wichita Wingnuts, founded in 2008.

H/T Lawyers, Guns and Money, who wrote an actual, content-ful post discussing a truly vile local politician that called for shooting immigrants from helicopters like feral pigs.
