Dec. 20th, 2018 09:19 amUp bright and early. Living with someone with chronic pain makes that easy because he gets up early and starts pacing, so the dog jumps out of bed and starts pacing, so the youngest cat thinks it's time to play with the dog... so.
Been reading the Warprize series by Elizabeth Vaughan and I'm half in love. Actually, it and her Epic of Palins series overlap, so it's important to read the third Epic of Palins book before reading Wardance, which I think is the fifth book of the Warprize series. I have one more to read, Warsong, and am about fifty pages in. I hope she completes another one soon. Looks like the series is coming to a wrap, and I'm dying to know the ending.
This morning's tasks are to finish notes, check on billing, and print out last month's remittances. I'm not feeling great, so I might be a bit lazy today, but I will have to take Lady Day for a walk in cold windchills, so there's that.
Gratitudes: I am grateful for yule music. I am grateful for a warm, comfortable office. I am grateful that this year I go home to a house where there is no breeze through the house and I'm comfortable.
