Accountability Post:

Yeah, it's been awhile. Didn't really want to be accountable. The constant snow days are messing with my rhythm. It's Thursday and I'm only now finishing last week's notes. Nine appointments today including 2 intakes, so my focus will be, like it must on days like today, on being fully present for my clients.

Gratitudes: I am grateful I was able to reschedule everyone from yesterday so the storm didn't limit access for anyone. I am grateful that I didn't lose my rarely used flatiron for my hair, as my bangs are at *that* length. I am grateful that I *just relaxed* yesterday.
